When checkout is completed, you authorize our production, shipping, and delivery partners to access your mailing information in order to ensure effective and successful service. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address with all necessary details and additional information so that the product can arrive safely and within the expected timeframe. Naturally, you are solely responsible for keeping your information up to date to ensure proper shipping and delivery. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the product may be donated without the possibility of a refund, as detailed in our Exchanges and Returns policy.
Before accepting delivery, please check that the package has not been tampered with. If the package appears damaged or opened, do not accept it. Record the issue and contact us immediately. If you notice any problems with the products or manufacturing defects, please send us a problem report.
These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this, the average delivery time is approximately 10 days. Producing items on demand instead of through mass overproduction helps reduce waste, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
The list of our partner countries with shipping restrictions may change depending on global events, legal restrictions, or local transportation limitations. For the time being, however, we do not ship to the following destinations:

Exchange and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the customized nature of Print on Demand products, returns are handled in a specific way. This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Producing items on demand instead of through mass overproduction helps reduce waste, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
Production and Shipping Partners
The production and shipping of our products are carried out by specialized and internationally recognized partners. We strive to associate with the best companies and partners so that our relationship remains healthy and you remain satisfied.
If you notice any problem with the products or anything else related to your order, please submit a problem report.
Any claims regarding incorrectly printed, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We do not accept returns of sealed products, such as, but not limited to, face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You agree that any returned items of this nature will not be eligible for reshipment and will be discarded.
We do not accept returns due to withdrawal from purchases made internationally.
Requests for withdrawal must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, providing photos and details of the item. The request will be evaluated to verify whether the product has been used or damaged, even partially. In such cases, the request will not be accepted.
For returns registered as nonexistent or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to the facility of the company responsible for manufacturing and shipping. If the returned package is not claimed in person within 30 days after the first delivery attempt, it will be donated to charity without the possibility of refund.

As products are customized and produced on demand, we do not accept returns for other reasons. Product exchanges due to incorrect size selection or personal preference are NOT POSSIBLE at this time. Please make sure to carefully check the size charts and product descriptions before completing your purchase. This agreement does not allow any charges of any nature related to processes that are not dependent on this website.

We act as intermediaries if your contact with the company responsible for manufacturing, shipping, and delivery is not effective, helping to facilitate communication and problem resolution.
